Customers can apply for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed using the same method you used for payment.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order and before the goods are dispatched. We cannot cancel orders that are in transit. Thank you for your understanding.
Return and Exchange Conditions
1. Return goods within 7 days of receipt.
2. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
3. All items must be in brand new condition, with no damaged or cut wires.
4. Returns and exchanges must use the same service as the original delivery.
5. We only accept returns and exchanges from the country the original order was shipped to. For instance, orders delivered to the USA must be returned from the USA.
Please note: Any items that do not meet the above conditions will incur a return fee. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund using your original payment method. The processing time for returns and refunds is up to 14 days.
Please be aware that we accept returns, but we do not accept returns for any reason. If our product has a quality issue, or if we make a mistake or omission, we will either refund you or replace the product. However, we are not responsible for returns due to the following reasons. In such cases, please bear the return shipping cost (we hope for your understanding, thank you).

Refunds
If returning, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Kawaiiese will not refund shipping costs in the case of returns.
Please wait 7-14 business days (depending on peak periods) for your return to be processed once your package arrives at our facility. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Damages
We take full responsibility for products that are defective due to incorrect packaging or any evident damage to your product upon arrival or during transit. Upon receiving your goods, please inspect the packaging. If you notice any damage, make a record upon signing for it. If items inside the package are damaged upon arrival, please send photos to support@kawaiiese.com, and we will handle the insurance claim on your behalf.
