When I received it, the packaging bag had a little wear and tear, but the product box was of decent quality. The backpack itself was undamaged, so I bought a gift bag to wrap it nicely. This is the New Year's gift I got for my niece. She already has a Husky dog of her own, and when she received this gift, she really liked the product.
